Hey everyone! If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed I’ve been posting a ton of pictures of romance books. A bunch of my friends are avid romance readers and I’ve definitely come to love the genre as well! In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I’ve gathered some of my favourite romance reads so far!

 The Checkmate Duet by Kennedy Fox

Super steamy, tattooed alpha male (he’s mine though, back off), endless Harry Potter references (and even a Lunar Chronicles one), drama…this one’s got it all. This is Love had me in tears one moment and shrieking like a banshee the next. It was such an emotional roller coaster and I can’t wait for This is Reckless!

The On the Verge series by Zoraida Córdova

We start with a hot, arrogant chef and one badass, hard-headed chick…if that isn’t a good omen then I don’t know what is. Food is the way to the heart after all. I’m halfway through book 2 and I’m already swooning just as hard. I adore sky and Hayden is hot, hot, hot. Still super sexy but not quite as jaw-dropping spicy as the KF series. I highly recommend Zoraida’s books; they give me endless warm fuzzies!

Wallbanger from Alice Clayton’s Cocktail series 

I got pulled into a buddy read of this book and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The book was hilarious, steamy, and overall a super entertaining read. The banter was so good. Sooooo good. And Clive. If nothing else, please read Wallbanger just for Clive. He’s my book cat and I love him. I’ve picked up most of the series to read the rest because I’m so attached to this group of characters!

The Play-by-Play series by Jaci Burton

Sports, hot guys, steamy scenes. This is heaven on the page. Even better for me, many of the stories are football or baseball related which are my top sports. The covers are also amazing eye candy!
